I booked the Hyatt Stay, Park, Fly, Stay. Basically, a park and fly with hotel reservations before and after vacation. The price through Staypark Travel was the best and included 20 days of free parking for around $600. When I checked my credit card statement prior to coming home after the second night's stay at the Hyatt I was charged over $800 which did not include 3 additional days of parking I was also getting charged for. I parked the car for a total of 9 days. I had also charged dinner and drinks in the restaurant which should have been on my regular charge but was charged separately with the deduction of the incidental charge of $50. After roughly an hour with the front desk clerk and the manager, I think we finally got it straightened out. Waiting to see if they credit me back all of the overcharges. Basically, take a copy of your booking with you or have the email handy to dispute any charges. PS- They tried to charge me an additional day of parking when i went to leave the lot. That did not happen. I do recommend the Hyatt for park and fly's, just make sure to check your charges and room fees.
